I myself cannot confirm that one. I'm only knowledgable with the Geth/Quarian conflict and Salarian/Krogan conflict. Perhaps someone else can confirm it. I apologize.wicked_being wrote...
Can OP confirm if the Krogans are needed to save Palaven? Krogan-Turian alliance was mentioned in the game.

The OP says you get Salarians back if you save Mr. "Ah yes".
The Salarian guy's relatively cool with Shep.
You get a weaker fleet.

I am fine with choosing Wrex over Mordin who was very old anyway... but holy glorious ****, I don't want to cure the genophage and let krogan overrun the galaxy again!
Don't worry, they won't. There isn't going to be much of galaxy for anyone to overrun when this thing finally comes to an end.

Actually there will, just possibly not the same technology.

90% sure I read that you get to save him for the Turian Loyalty.

There's no 3rd or 4th option, no negotiations, no alternate paths/actions; just one lives, one dies....Goddammit BioWare, that's a pretty ****ty choice.

If this is true....even though I get 0pts for rewriting the heretics, I have just enough potential points to achieve peace. BUT.....WTF I have to choose between Mordin or Wrex??!!!

That said, the bigger question I have is "How do we prevent character X from being stranded with the Normandy crew?" Can it only be done by designating them as a war asset? Does this end romance paths, or can it be done last-minute?
