I had a weird deal where I started a new ME3 with the comic book ME1 & 2, then I used the gibbed editor to have the whole crew alive & loyal, Tali exonerated, heretics destroyed, etc. Then I did all the right stuff, & I *still* didn't have enough points to get the peace option. I found by digging around online that in gibbed, under ME3/Missions/Integers there's an option for "Points toward Geth and Quarian peace" -- and mine was at zero! After having done a few repeats of the Rannoch mission and not receiving the peace option, I was getting well annoyed, so finding this field in the editor was huge. Even though I had ME2 imports, I had wanted to start a new ME3 from scratch, to have the fun of building up a Shepard from level one; only BW doesn't allow you all the cool options if you do this, so you gotta use the gibbed editor, which I just found out can be a little trickier than you think.
