So, I'm thinking I may not be able to run ME3 on my current computer. If I needed to move the game files to a new computer can I just go in to C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Origin Games and copy the folder that says Mass Effect 3 and paste it into the corresponding file on the new computer? Will that work, or will I need to re-download the game again?

I copied Syndicate from my office pc to my home pc via a usb drive and launch the game through Origin like normal and it works.
Sure,It takes a while to verify integrity but it still works,i didn't need to re-download any file.
So...Yes,I'm pretty sure it'd work with Mass Effect 3.

It will work, just tested it a moment ago. Just be sure to check the integrity and re-patch (check for updates) it before you move it to a flashdrive.
If you get a directx error you just need to delete all the cab files located in the redist directory and launch it again, or you can rerun directx or manual update your vga driver.
