like overload and energy drain deal triple damage to barriers\\shields, overload does 6X with pierce, but does anyone have the values for the other abilities?

Does the level of warp that count for the biotic explosion or the level of throw or both. I know that the levels of the powers are the key here, but I don't know if they both count, or just the primer/detonator.
Is there any difference between warp 3 and throw 6, or warp 6 and throw 3?

I have not seen it tech burst. It really should though.
I have noted that any kind of forceful gun, most commonly the Geth Plasma Shotgun will trigger a Cryo blast if used on a frozen enemy for the kill.

Sounds like you have it right...normally you would see a big bang and all the dead enemies flying outwards.
They are tricky to set up however...any active power will trigger incinerate not just ED.(ammo powers)
Also inferno ammo will set a target up for a blast that can be triggered by incinerate for a fire blast.
I just try to hit as many weak enemies with incinerate as I can and try to trigger a burst when opportunity presents.
Teamates can be a great help though and the end results of a full power fire blast are pretty impressive.
Oh another trick is to use area incinerate on a prime so that its turret is also primed with flame then ED/overlaid the turret for a blast...that works well and will shred anything nearbye.

I totally forgot about that one. Geth Turret can in fact set up Fire Explosions, but it cannot set off Tech Bursts.

You sure about that? I'm getting Tech Bursts all the time with my Geth Engineer, I'm pretty much spamming overload when the flamethrower is on and it does those bursts. I don't have disrupter ammo on my SMG and it happens even if there are no other tech people in the game.

@Grimling: were you hosting the game in which you failed to detonate your incinerates fire explosions? did you take the armor boost evolution? radius? I believe this could be a glitch revolving around the armor boost or not hosting because sometimes you dont even see the visual armor boost effect. I am unsure as to whether or not this means you are not getting the damage boost or if the visual is merely hidden

The wiki says energy drain will only detonate a fire explosion on a synthetic enemy.
So does the rocket from a drone set up a fire explosion since it is basically a weak inceinerate?

Most powers are classified as either 'primers' or 'detonators'. Any primer and any detonator used in sequence will work (biotic/biotic, or tech/tech - never cross-style).
Some powers are classified as both but cannot be used double - for example, warp and reave.
So one can prime with pull and detonate with warp... or prime with warp and detonate with throw.
