The two planets in the background kinda sink your argument.  Either it's a massive coincidence or they took alot of inspiration from that image.

I'd like to think that the devs were inspired by the image and therefore made the scenery in the epilogue to look like it, but i think they took it too far. It looks way too similiar.

However, is there any possibility to make things better? Provided all words are not yet ****ed up save the relays. - a scene from rebuilt earth is WAY BETTER than the stock image-esque scene with the inappropriate proportion characters..

The rebuilt of bik is not that difficult indeed...

Its kind of weird too because its like they thought 'this is how we want to end it and oooh, here is the piece of art we gonna mimic' lol.

But yea, the whole thing might just be a fluke coincidence but legally.... that probably won't fly even if true.....

They aren't the same photo. I count 7 distinctly different things in the alleged epilogue screenshot and the painting.

Clearly are derivative, but not identical.
