 can someone please tell me how to become a shapeshifter, ive managed to get morrigan to say shell teach me at camp, i get to camp and she just keeps saying she will teach me :S

Once she "teaches" you, you still have to spend a specialization point in shapeshifter when you level up. You get two points, one at level 7 and another at 14.
