I'll say 90%. Over the past 8 months, it's become clear that release dates are becoming more and more irrelevant in Australia, especially if it is delayed merely to make use of Thursday Night shopping.

My Prediction: Expect one of the big three (K-Mart, Target or Big W) to break street date on Wednesday morning.

When I used to work at JB we would hear of an EB store out in Wogga Wogga or something breaking street date on a game - that was usually enough for a company-wide e-mail telling everyone to get their stock out as soon as possible. It just takes one insignificant store.

Pre-ordered the CE from GAME & pre-ordered the CE Strategy Guide from EB games.
The guide has already been shipped but the game is still pending.

doesn't matter what state or how big a store it is, once somebody breaks street date it's over. none of the "major" players (EB, JB or Game) would risk losing customers (potential or otherwise). they already compete against each other with price match policies.

Well, with the game coming out on different days globally, the lack of interest in stores like K-Mart in co. towards this type of thing and the fact that ME2 was broken, makes me think ME3 will break.

I found that incredibly difficult to read but there's a huge chance it will break. Every triple A game of note recently has broken. Batman, Skyrim, and Skyrim even had a huge, important release date that was supposed to be simeltaneously released.

Count on it breaking, if not today then tomorrow.

I don't know, either today or tomorrow. There's not really any way of telling. Just need to wait for someone to go and demand for their copy, get it, then let the internet know and then every other store will follow.

Should be out on the shelves. EB usually updates their site saying it's been released when it breaks.
