I've just bought the Razor ME3 Imperator Gaming Mouse; as I paid it, I've recieved an email with this written in it:

Dear XXX,

Thank you for shopping at BioWare Store. 

Your order 
ORDERNUMBER has been canceled.

Discount:[i]-$0.00
Shipping:[i]$35.04
Gift Certificate:[i]-$0.00
Total:$115.03
 

What the hell does it mean?!? I've also checked that money have been taken from my card, so everything seems to be ok, except for that "CANCELED"!

You would be better off contacting support through the store site via a ticket. Log in, click on your log in name, then click contact.
