I'm not sure if this is the right area, but I'm now playing an insanity playthrough on PS3 to get the last trophy but I've heard there are/were problems with it when you switch characters or go into options and other various things.
I'm wondering if there are problems with it still?
I haven't touched options and the only time I altered the difficulty was when asked what difficulty I want to play on when starting my new game, do I need to do something to assure that I get the trophy?

Well I got the trophy!
Just stayed away from any entering any options menus.
Glad I got the trophy and don't have to play insanity again and can now start making my final Mass Effect character for when I get my ME3 collectors edition.
