I started a new ME2 playthrough to make a save for ME3 and I remember dealing with this bug a very long time ago but I forgot what I did.

Anyways, I ignored alll romance options in ME2 (except for the achievement originally) so then it would continue with the ME1 romance option that I chose (Liara). So for every time that there was an option related to that with Jack I would hit "No" but because I was going with paragon and since the game doesn't tell you if you are going with a relationship I ended up getting to the "I want to talk about us" option, so I ignored that one hoping it would go away after finishing the main plot except it wasn't.

I know that you can go through that dialogue path and come out with no romance but then the annoying "Fu-- Off" dialogue is there. If I reload my game to just before the collector base, go through that dialogue and then finish will line still be there? (the Fu-- Off one) If it is gone from doing that then I guess that is what I will do.

All I have left in the game is the DLC (Firewalker, Overlord, LotSB, and Arrival) and I remember getting a bug on a very old playthrough where I kept the "I want to talk about us" line and went through the LotSB but somehow there was dialogue relating to a Jack romance in it and I want to avoid that.

-Trying to ignore a Jack romance in every possible way
-Trying to continue with Liara romance
-Jack dialogue option "I want to talk about us" leads to romance, I think it could lead to bug with LotSB
-Don't want line "Fu-- Off" to be in there since it is annoying
-If ending it completely with the "Talk about us" line and then then finishing the collector base removes that line then I need to know

You must have done something earilier that triggers the romance. I play exactly same as you (Liara and no cheating in ME2). In my coversations with Jack there was a moment when she asked why do I keep coming back to talk to her and is it because I want to have sex with her, I took the neutral answer "I'm not looking for that" or something similar. She said she didn't understand why do I bother talking to her if I'm not but kept polite, and since then she'd just say "OK. Talk later" at the end of conversation (I would avoid "Let's Talk" option as I had reason to believe it would lead to romance).
