 I'm just going through some ME2 saves, preparing for ME3.
And I can't remember exactly where few of mine teammates died.

Especially Tali, is there any way to find out without remembering where did I put all members during mission?
And no, she didn't die because I didn't upgraded shields.

I don't think there's a way.

Did you do her loyalty mission? Even if you did it, the outcome of it affects her loyalty. You can check your mission logs in the journal.

No, not really. If you can remember what upgrades you did/didn't have (look at the hologram of the Normandy in the CIC if you've forgotten; it shows all the upgrades), that can be a starting point. Other than that, check whether Tali was loyal or not. If she WAS loyal, then she either died because you sent her as a fire team leader (she's a bad choice for that), you picked a bad biotic for the Long Walk (Thane, Jacob, and Miranda are the bad choices; Tali is hard to kill at this point so the other squadmate would have to be Kasumi, Zaeed, or Mordin for this to happen), or she died holding the line (easy, as she's one of the easiest to die here).

If she was NOT loyal, then she could also have died if you sent her through the vents, if you took her with you at the end (to the Human Reaper), or if you sent her as the escort for the Normandy's crew.

Check out the stickied Suicide Mission guide for more on how this works. But in short, yeah, you're going to have to do some thinking. I (or somebody else) can try to help you if you tell us everything you remember though. Which other squad members died? Do you remember any of the choices you made? What upgrades did you have? And what squad members were loyal at the time?

The only reasons i can think of why Tali would have died is if you put her in the secondary squad as leader or left her in the tubes to cook. Or left her to guard the door.
