2 copies. One going to a friends house about 20 minutes away from me, shipped about 3 hours ago. My copy hasn't even shipped? Amazon, you confuse me. But they've never failed me on release date delivery yet. So I maintain faith.

I really wouldn't worry. If it says shipping soon you're almost certainly going to get it tomorrow (assuming you have release day).

That is interesting since I've typically only seen them use Fedex when UPS wasn't shipping on a delivery date. Think that may have been the case with Skyrim, if I remember correctly.
Be kinda interested to know whether everyone's getting Fedex or if they're using UPS as well ....

Amazon has never let me down on release date delivery and I live at about 7k feet up in the Rockies folks ... I guess that's a combo of UPS + Amazon being reliable but still.

Dunno. Mine is a gift so I can't check, but regardless. Tomorrow, or next week - It's a gift so I can't really find a reason to complain about not getting it tomorrow if it doesn't show up since the alternative would be much longer.

Just got the email. Shipped as of 07:20:07 PM MST

Don't worry guys. Since I started using Amazon, I have ordered over 40 items. Not a single item has ever stayed in shipping soon for very long. The items have always been sent and received when they estimated they would. Never had any problems. I would have to say what you get is quality and there's really no need to worry. If something odd should happen (very unlikely) then they have a re-fund policy so at least you will never be debited any money for nothing.
