It's weird though, if I recall correctly the Reapers started shooting up the place even BEFORE they landed in the ME3 intro, yet from Emily's POV they're going all War of the Worlds and standing around setting off car alarms first.

They were rampaging all over UK before coming down guns blazing in Seattle in ME3.

UK rules state that they have to release a game in the UK a specific amount of days after it's released in the US? I don't think so.
KoA come out on the same day as the US release.

Cases like KoA and Skyrim and others are exceptions, not the standard. It's been like this for a long time and with a lot of products, Bioware have no say in the matter. Wrong forum to argue about that.
