what is being described in the tweets isnt physicaly possible.
The Reapers might not be able to read the information being transmitted by the QEC, but perhaps the device itself gives off a signature that the Reapers can trace. I agree that it seems implausable that anything could trace the signal itself since there isn't any signal being generated. But the Reapers are able to perform seemingly implauseable acts all the time in the ME universe.
