If i play ME2 again with my character that already beat the campaign, and use it in ME3 - (not yet completed a second time. dont know if its worth it) will i get all my decisions from my first playthrough to count? and if they do count, will the decisions from my second playthrough overright the first playthroughs?

This will save me another 20 hours of my life if someone could answer this for me <3<3<3<3<3<3 !!!!

Don't quote me because I'm new to ME and new to the forums but judging by the file/folder structure (at least on PC, can't say about consoles) they appear to be distinct and separate saves. E.g. you could play ME2 once in a renegade-y style and with appropriate decisions, and then replay it with the same character to be more paragon and with a lot of those decisions changed to let someone live where Shep would have killed them or whatever, and you could then import either of those into ME3. The second playthrough with the paragon-y decisions would not alter the first with the renegade-y ones because they're separate saves. That would make it the same as with the ME->ME2 import where I had a choice of Shepards, two of which were the same Shepard played twice to do things a bit differently the second time around.

No, it's a separate save, so no decisions will carry over, only the character's class, appearance, and level.
