Is there better hairstyles for femshep than the ones in the demo?
From what i've seen, no. Didn't waste to much time in the character creator, but from what i've seen its the same kit as in the demo.

@ Rikbarla - if I recall correctly, did you not just crash into a collector ship? Im not 100% sure of the exact time-line between the very end of ME2 and Start of ME3, but I doubt they had THAT much time seeing as the split second you left the Collectors "Space" it flashed the Reapers coming... I suppose I could load up my ME2 and see, but anyhow, I think its dark and cables everywhere because of the fact the game takes place damn quick after ME2 ended.
2nd best thing I've read today..AWESOME!Hammer6767 wrote...
Having a blast so far. Playing on PC at 1920x1080 res all graphic options maxed. Imported my ME1/ME2 shep and Vanguard kicks BUTT!!
So far my impressions are:
* Animations and textures are the same as the demo (poor)
* Same with lipsyncing
* Overall art direction and graphics have improved from ME2
* Initial mission has more dialog than the demo version
* Import decisions and relationships matter
* Great communication via looks and facial expressions, so far
* Weapon mods are great fun...feels like ME1 without a lot of the clutter. Good mix of ME1 and ME2 system
* Only got to the second mission but battles are tougher...for sure. Haven't walked around the Normandy yet.
Awesome so far!!

True, of course. However it seems kind of weird for the alliance to change the cerberus lighting to a new style of lighting that produces less light.

Seriously, it's just a designer's choice. Cerberus SR2 was too much of Star Trekkian all too flowery like for too many people, so they put a little extra grimdark.

Animations/lip syncing still poor?
How the hell did Bioware mess this up? If they could just keep it the same as ME2.....

Animations are a lot better. In ME2 the only animation was shepard standing with his arms crossed. Still does that a lot, but not as often as in ME2, and definitely not in such out of place moments as he did in ME2. I think i even saw him scratching his chin once when talking to Hacket.
Lip sync was fine when i started paying attention to it, and i started paying attention to it from the end of the mars mission.

OP said it was just the same as the demo though, which was absolutely horrendous. Anderson looked like he was in the special olympics. The rolling and melee attack looks like you are warping about like mad.

My bad, tought you were reffering to the conversation animations. Cause those annoyed the hell out of me in ME2.
The gameplay animations look the same as in the demo. Can't say i really noticed them being horrendous. Their not the absolute best, and i agree that the running looks "off" but other then that, i'm ok with it.

Most important issue for me: Is there a means of adjusting the fov?
Not in game menus or config utility. It is annoying to me...but it has been a problem since ME1 so no big deal
