I believe this "datamine" of sorts that has all of you whining how your panties are in knots up your butts is just a troll by bioware given that they more than likely have different endings in the game for when it is released tonight/tommorow.

I'm going to laugh hysterically at all this whining and moaning that the world is ending by most of you when in 3-7 days when people beat the game and the "endings" are different than what you expect.

And lastly its a freaking video game if you are in such a uproar over how it ends you might want to rethink your life cause their are far more important things than a freaking 10 minute cgi ending of a series.

That is all. 

It would be nice if everyone is wrong but can you use your insight and wisdom to explain how everyone who has looked at the files and reported (keep in mind the origin pre load, not just SE) the same thing on the endings?

At least he is trying to be optimistic and trying to cheer us up

I don't agree on that being a welcoming thing however. That just sets a person up for disappointment if they find the actual product isn't what it's hyped to be. Rather have brutal honesty, as bad as it might be, as opposed to optimism. 

Think of it  this way: If I'm expecting the worst and I get the best, I have nothing but gratitude  and excitement but if I expect the best and get the worst, the fall is much worse.

What I want is damn choice. Choice to choose the best ending I want for MY Shepard. I want to have a slight, even slightest chance to save Normandy from crashing and relays from getting destroyed. I don't need sunshine and bunnies stuff. I would be happy if my Shepard died and everyone (including space-faring civilisations) survived and carried on with their life. Instead I get to choose the color of explosion and whether to control/merge/destroy (with) Reapers. That's it. The rest remains the same.

Oops, I forgot theNG+ ending for 7 endings in all. Oh my lacking of a definitive number of endings which inequivically leads to the mocking of my emotional maturity by someone who thinks themself my better.

I was like you guys once, I was in denial tha Bioware wouldn't make the ending of an amazing trilogy like this, but, it's all but proven now. Unless the NG+ ending IS the happy ending, then I'm gonna be pessamisitic and inform the rest of you what exactly is goin' down.

NG+ is probably merge ending. There is no evidence in game's files that there are more endings that destroy/merge/control with variations. No extra CGIs were found.

You can get the merge ending from an initial import. It depends upon EMS.

Seriously?   I'm not looking for a rainbows and butterflies ending... but you all need to realize, you can't always go by what the internet says!  The people who supposedly played the game are saying these things... and probably they are true for the most part, but you are NOT going to know ALL the endings until YOU actually play the game.

Who said anything about endings being extracted from the demo files? Ppl were taking it from full game from either Origin preload or TBP Special Edition (if you know what i mean)..

Lol, you do realize they release 10 copies into space so people got the real full game weeks before the release and also other people got the game early today and yesterday because of Amazn early ships pre-ordered games.

So people have confirmed and PLAYED through all 6 of the endings, no word of NG+ ending yet.

OP was ****ing about  ''datamining'', but apparently he isn't aware of the streamers who showed the endings.

The conclusion is the same. Inbreeding colony, relays go bye bye.

They aren't fake. Nobody would spend weeks to fake the endings of ME3 then leak it to Youtube. No point in that.
Not to mention the fact that nobody would be able to imitate the entire ME cast to record that stuff for their supposed fake endings. They're real.

I've done that with the demo. Everythng ppl said about it was true. I've mined the full game to check that. Yup, the "Youtube" endings are there, with the audio. There are slight differences between what's in game files and what's in-game, but that is either cut content or some extra lines depending on what Shepard did in previous games (i.e. Anderson's death).

I read in another forum that someone said they received a call from an insider stating that all the endings that were leaked are not all the ending for the game, there are better endings... not all rainbows and butterflies...  but better than what everybody has been reading, but couldn't go into detail.  all he said was something along the lines of Shepard not being stranded alone.

Personally, I would like to see Shepard go down with her crew to save the universe, that would be bittersweet!

Like I said, i'm sure the bad endings we have seen are true, maybe they are not, but you just don't know until the offical review and walkthrough comes out and even then... you are not 100% sure until you actually play the game yourself.

Fair enough but do you have any info about why the data mined files show only a limited set of endings?  That is the only bit of credible info I have heard on the "only bad" endings issue.
