Hi, I bought ME 3 on origin and just started playing, i have played through the begining section, got to the ship etc. I wont go into detail as I dont wish to inadvertantrly spurt out spoilers BUT my pre-order items arent there at all. Could someone explain to me how I claim these items? I expected them to just show up like in ME 2 but they arent! Please help. 

Oh and I activated the game early with a VPN proxy, is this why then arent showing up?

Having the exact same problems. Got all the collector's edition items. But not the AR + the defender's armor. What gives?
