So, well, MassEffect2 worked like a wonder for 2 years beforehand. Today, I've read something about overriding the game's AA with the your graphics card's setting will make the game look a lot better. And *shock*, the game will now not even start. There's not intro, double click the desktop icon and the game crashes immediately.

Now, that might not be the reason behind this crash, I haven't opened MassEffect 2 for weeks now, could be anything.

I realize how everybody now days is hot on ME3 .. and likely not respond for months from now, but here I was trying to make a final save game to import into the new game... and this.<_< I really don't feel like reinstalling the entire game. The installation took me hours to perfect, with the annoying LoTSB DLC bugs and all. Like I said, it worked fine before. Just want to fix this one thing.

Any help is MUCH appreciated.

ME3, the Demo, interferes with ME2, the game. Do a forum search. There's a conflict among the PhysX versions. The file you named in your topic line is part of Dx9.
