Okay, I bought a used copy of Mass Effect 2, to play before I get ME3. It plays fine, but I couldn't connect to the cerberus network (no code to redeem).

So I followed the links and bought access to the Cerberus Network. I spent $21 on 1600 Bioware points, which I then spent 1200 of them on the cerberus network. Except I got no codes or anything, and the game isn't recognizing it as available.

WTF do I do to either get the game running on the cerberus network, or get a full refund of the money I wasted?

I was getting annoyed because it wouldn't let me connect either. Somehow, I guess it forgot my log in information and instead of intelligently saying so, it just said it couldn't connect. Try clicking the connect button in the bottom right and entering your login info in manually.

You have to download the DLC manually, install it, log into the console at the start screen and it will recognize it.
To do this, you go to Games at the top, Mass Effect 2, Official DLC. Hope this helped.

You might get a warning from Windows after the installation that it might not be installed correctly, but it is, just press "this program is installed correctly".
