I know some people has recieved their codes via e-mail. I know the trouble some had. but I haven't recieved mine yet. Shouls I be worried? It is not in the spam folder.

You should be able to download them after you register the actual game.
When you redeem it, it won't be with your ME3 content. You have to scroll to the bottom of your registered game content, where for some reason it is in it's own separate section as something to the effect of Dark Horse Promotional Content.
