Ever since the maintenance yesterday I have been unable to access the social site from my home PC. I keep getting the "under maintenance" error no matter what browser I use. I've deleted my history and cookies, but no luck. I'm posting this through my phone, which is painful, so hopefully someone has an idea that will get it working for me again!

The Social site moved across the country during maintenance causing DNS changes to be updated. Sound like your home computer is hitting the old IP address.
Make sure you don't have it hardcoded into your hosts file or saved in a routing table somewhere. You can also try flushing your DNS with the following command from a windows command prompt:
ipconfig /flushdns
