Hello,
I purchased and downloaded the standard edition of ME3 through EA's Origin service.
I decided then also to purchase the "From Ashes" DLC, which I installed after downloading had completed. After this, I noticed that the DLC was listed under "Add-ons and Bonuses" in the Origin client software. However, the bonus pre-order items you get even with the standard edition (weapons, N7 armor etc) are not listed.
How can I obtain these?

I have the same problem. I pre-ordered ME3 standard edition and have no bonus items, promotion code, DLC, or whatever.

Yeah, I am supposed to get the AT12 Raider Shotgun with my physical PS3 copy. Does anyone know if the code is an insert in the case or will it be emailed to me later...?

This is a problem with the digital purchase right? The hardcopy dosent come out till this evening right? I'm not sitting on forums when I could be pre-playing my Physical CE right? O.O

Any news on this yet?, the items dont seem to be showing up in game and they're not in my registered content. Will they just appear later in the game?

Got the same problem.. The pre order items are not in the game as mention in the advertisment.

Is it under your registered game content? Please check. You may need to download it.

Just checked, and the only items in there for ME3 are the "From Ashes" DLC which is already installed and listed in the Origin client, and something called the "Online Pass".

Same here, still waiting reply from EA origin, seems no action has been taken yet that was 6 hour ago. Hope they can give us the codes as fast as possible.

Haven't gotten it yet either. They said something about orders still pending and awaiting processing before final billing etc etc. Support doesn't seem to be sure what;s going on.

I got an email from EA and it had the codes for the gun and armor in the email. Once I had the codes I put them in the cog redeem code area of Origin and it gave me the items. This was for a hardcopy bought from EA/Origin, so it wouldn't surprise me to see digital copies having the same.

Well, I contacted EA support (live-chat). The assistant really seemed to have no clue at all, but I persisted and they ended up giving me codes for the Argus rifle and Raider shotgun pack. These are now listed in the EA origin client and are installed.
However, they insisted that the N7 Armour and N7 rifle would not be available until I had played the game, and that there were no codes for these. Does that sound correct?

You got that at least they are still spinning me around the "order pending" issue. So far they haven't re-requested for payment after they cancelled it. The game is playable though so they can take their sweet time figuring this out.

Well I don't want to go thru the "hoop jumping" of EA Support but yeah I didn't get my pre-order items either(Standard Digital Edition thru Origin)
The first time I started the game in the "Network Screen" on the right in the main menu it had them listed there but it was only on that very first flip thru it.
I mean I got the silly armour for playing The Reckoning Demo so it's not like its not "keeping up" with content just not the Pre-order items...
I'm just glad I'm not the only one with the issue.

As I suspected, the live support agent I talked to really did not have a clue what they were talking about (or they were simply too lazy to continue talking).
I decided to contact support through the live chat again and they confirmed that there is indeed another code for the remaining pre-order items (N7 rifle and armour). I got this code and now everything looks OK.
EA support are genuinely hopeless.... At least it's all sorted now.

Well I did the online support thing and got mine solved and even got a little "extra" I got the Soundtrack and The M90 Indra Sniper Rifle. I mean I am now MANY hours into the game now so all this stuff is a little too late as I have much better weapons by now. But will be nice to have them from the start on other play throughs.

I ordered on the 8th (when pre-order bonus was still active) yet havent recieved anything in regards to codes for weapons etc... Didnt think about it till now doesnt really bother me to be fair however I dont really understand why I havent had a email about it .. all I've got regarding my order is a paypal receipt :| oh and sorry for hte bump..
