[Irrialite]

As soon as I'm done selecting the squad members and the mission starts (finishes?) loading (past weapons screen, when you see the blue vehicle dropping) it crashes. Everytime. Can't start the mission.

I get a crash, but I get it after watching the "video" you get to see a bit into the mission.

Same, just as the video finishes start to turn away, then crash to desk top.

My game doesn't crash but instead l lose all the dialogue audio during their conversation in the shuttle. Background sound effects are unaffected.

Edit: After they land and the gameplay starts, the textures on the terrain are gone and are replaced with the color black.  Game crashes when I try to quit it from this point.

Final edit: Clicking 'repair install' in Origin seems to have fixed my problems.   Good times good times.

Yes, I have the same issue, Just after the video, Thought it was my Graphics card (2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX ,460 SE in SLI) so updated divers, Still the same thing.

Can’t go any further.

 Game black screens for me just after the dialogue at the end.
Have patched both game and graphics card. No luck with either.

Same is happening to me.

GTX 570 with 295.73 drivers.
Windows 7 Pro (64bit)

The game seems to crash a second or two after the video stops playing. For example, I tried to move immediately after the Liara finished her dialogue and made it half-way to the door before the game crashed.

I preordered this game. Got it Thursday, and first got to play it yesterday. And when I came to Eden Prime and watched the video with the protheans, after that it crashed. I thought it was my computer, so I decided it was a sign for me to go to bed.

When I started the game up today, it crashed at the same place. 4 times in a row. Please get us a fix for this. Its frustrating waiting for a game that long, and when you at last gets your hands on it.
It just crashes... Over and over again. Fix this please!

It can help if you press Esc right after the video ends. Sometimes it can be also avoided by visiting the second lab with a screen first. They are temporary solutions but pressing Esc worked for me.

Ty rinuCZ! I pretty much spammed esc through the movie until it ended and the game menu popped up. Went back into game, and it's working

Does not appear to work for me, but I fear that may be because my blackscreen is after a dialog and not a cutscene. T.T

A bit weirder for me. I played it through first time no probs. Now, on second playthrough after getting the pod signal from the computer, after Liara talks and JUST as the controls should be given back to the player, ME3 crashes. EVERY time now.

EDIT: running the "fix install" option *AND* furiously hitting Escape at the end of the talking scene helped, thanks.
