Oh! Forgot to mention that from reading here and on gamefaqs and also calling around...it seems no walmarts got ANY CES online or in store. I live close to a very profitable one and they didnt even get it which they get everything. I wonde rif walmart even had any CEs allocated to them and if not, why werewe kept in the dark about it? I passed up on amazon and gamestop CEs online yesterday now im regretting it.

I am in your same situation, walmart hasn't informed me of anything.  Im waiting till it should have arrive,and then I am going to Gamestop.

 Okay walmart preorder people I got some bad news. According to the customer service rep right now "there was a hold on this item from our vendor" she wouldn't tell me why but I'm guessing maybe EA got mad at them for the few walmarts that accidently broke the street date and sold them earlier this week. She also didn't mention what she meant by "this item," I ordered a 360 CE I don't know if what she said applied to that or all ME3's for walmart. She told me they will barely be getting the item on the 8th at which point it should start to ship to me.

This rep also didn't know about their release date delivery policy they have about giving a $10 gift card if the game doesn't get delivered on the release day. I then transfered to a manager and walked them through how to get to the page showing about their release date delivery policy on their own website lol.   (link to the policy http://www.walmart.c...p?modId=1070546) So if you ordered with release date delivery shipping method you will have to contact customer support within 48 hours after the release date to get your gift card. 

I'm going to every gamestop I can to try to get another CE today if I can and I guess I'll just sell the one I finally get from walmart in a few days on ebay in like a year lol. Don't feel like cancelling my order because I'm not sure if I'll be able to get another CE somewhere else yet and they told me I would have to buy a $5 gift card to put the $50 back on from a gift card I had used for this purchase. Needless to say I'm never buying a video game from walmart again.

I don't think they will be getting enough to feel the order quota the recieved. So on top of people not getting it they day they wanted it, they will probably have there order canceled

According to the gamestop site, they are avaliable all over New York. So im just going to call them up and make sure they have it. The main reason why I order the CE edition was to get the bonus Mission/Character that was orginally an exclusive. Then it became available to download for 10 bucks, so even if I cant get the CE i'll be happy with the Standard. Especially since I will be playing it today and not waiting for it to maybe arrive sometime next week.

And yeah I wouldn't suggest cancelling yet if you guys ordered a CE until you have secured another one since they are so limited. Hopefully I'll be able to get one from gamestop in a couple hours when they open since today is the only day this week I have time to play.

Supposed to have arrived on or just after March 6th 2012. I wouldn't be so mad if I'd at least been charged by now, but I haven't. This is quite lame.

Now i'm really having doubts about this.... i checked every other store near me and they don't have the CE. I guess all i can do is wait until Wal-mart answer my email or atleast get charged or something.....

God damn this sucks. I'd cancel, but there's no where else to get a collectors edition as far as I know.

Mine says it should have arrived.  This is why I buy from gamestop, they never have failed me except for not having anymore copies of the CE, at least they did not mislead me though since apparently walmart may not have had them to begin with.  I'm extra furious that they have sent me no update.  The least they could do is email me about it, especially since I emailed them once, and then again so I could email a actual person not just get some automated message.  Im doing my best to wait until it should come by, but when your off for one day you want the item on that damn day, especially when they tell you it will be on that day.

Just went to 5 gamestops, 1 of which said they had one extra copy for CE. Got my hopes up...got there and then suddenly it was no, they needed the extra copy for some unsaid reason. Sad day, me being impatient just ended up getting digital. Will never do business online with these douches again, worse & most frustrating experience to date. /extremerage~

Yeah I just checked a few stores around me (including a walmart) and got nothing. I'll probably go check bestbuy when they open. If I don't hear anything later today I'm just going to cancel. Ridiculous.

I asked Walmart a question about it, and they stated that there was a delay and the distributor did not receive the merchandise on time. They state that they will receive it today and my item will ship within one business day.

I also have been charged the full amount, so I am still not sure if Walmart is lying to me or there was a genuine delay.

EDIT: It seems that the product is on "Vender Hold." Therefore, asfar as I know, I will not be getting it today.

They haven't charged the full amount for my item should I be worried. I ordered a CE and although my Gamestop has them in-stock I utterly despise Gamestop more than Walmart I have hit a brick wall

I'm in the same situation as a lot of people here. I normally buy from Amazon but they were sold out of preorders for the CE, so I ordered from Walmart. Bad idea. The game is supposed to be delivered today but Walmart hasn't charged my credit card and my order status just says "processing". I am not hopeful.

I just checked Amazon and they now have the CE (apparently they were sold out of the preorder they were allowed to sell, not sold out of the game itself). Rather than hunt around all my local stores to find the CE, I went ahead and bought it from Amazon just now and used my Prime membership to get it here tomorrow for an extra $3.99. It bites that I won't have it today and that it won't have the preorder bonuses, but at least Walmart isn't getting my money anymore and that's the important thing. They really dropped the ball on this one.

Guess I'll just go wander around town and search various department stores. I called Gamestop and they said wait 4 days because that's when they'll start putting the CE's out for the public.

just went by 7 different gamestops, out of them all there was one CE that was on sale but it was for pc version....guess I'll be able to play in like 2 weeks when I have my next day off....never shopping at walmart.com again /rage

Getting the same problem as everyone else here. My order also says "processing".
I chose to preorder from Walmart this time because the last time i preordered from Walmart, they delievered my game a few days before release. Thinking that there was a possibilty of that happening again, I was foolish enough to trust them with my CE.

I planned to buy it from Amazon from the start but they were sold out at the time. I'm guessing I'm just going to stick with preordering from Amazon from now on. Hopefully the game will arrive tomorrow or later this week and they better throw in that $10 gift card. Rage slowly building...
