Yeah, I might be. I do have some bonus in-game content though. I'm a lot happier than I would be had I kept the Wal Mart order (and would have nothing.) To be honest I don't really care about the dog and the extra shirts... I'm glad I didn't keep the Wal Mart order, otherwise I likely wouldn't have it until next week at the earliest (and I've been dying to play this friggin' thing.) Time to go pick up a 6 pack and fire this thing up.

Huh, that's amusing. I've decided that Amazon is now off my shopping list. They were already teetering on the edge with some of their changes to Stanza and their efforts to kill DRM-free epubs and their collusion in eBook pricing. The icing on the cake for me was to discover after no one else was taking CE pre-orders that they weren't shipping my copy until tomorrow and that I could expect delivery  between the 12th and the 15th.

After much calls and discussions they have promised delivery on the 8th and supposedly refunded my shipping. If I had a functional car I'd be driving o the Kent warehouse and kicking the flipping door in untill I got my copy. Damn bait and switch artists.

Hah! I guess the last call I made this morning did the trick. I checked 45 minutes ago and the ETA was still the 8th and hadn't shipped. I just checked and the status says shipped ETA 7th!!


WOOT! still all kinds a grumpy with Amazon but they're not completely toasted.

 I too was depressed to an empty mailbox, ordered from amazon and got it $10 bucks cheeper than Walmarts price thats with shipping included. I was lucky I guess. When all is said and done I will hopefully have it early next week super bumer since it was my early birthday present to me . Add me Mesicanchainza2 @XBL. Sad day

Amazon generally has superb customer service.

so just got back home again, still have cancel order option on my walmart account and didn't receive any emails from them. not even sure if I should believe if they even have my item...anyone able to find a 360 CE anywhere that isn't for like 125 dollars?

My preorder got screwed up and canceled. Not by me. They emailed me at 3PM. I was hoping it was a shipped email. It was not. They were having issues with my order. I called CS and the girl I was talking to tried to help. BY doing so she canceled my original order and tried to reorder it. I wasn't aware she done that. During the conversation she put me on hold, at that time I received another email stating that my order had been canceled. She comes back on as says that she cannot find the product to reorder it for me. I said, " NO ---- SHERLOCK!"

I am totally screwed on the preorder bonuses.

The girl that I had kept asking me if I wanted to cancel and reorder  I learned my lesson when I canceled the CE I had preordered all the way back in July.  Big mistake that turned out to be. Amazon has always been good to me, never had any issues with them.

Hope not. I hope i get mine tomorrow cause i preordered mine back in July and every where else they aren't selling anymore copies of the Collectors Edition. I just pray!!

So i finally just got the standard edition and for some reason i feel like waiting until tomorrow to open it and see what customer support will say about all this. If they do manage to ship my CE and i'll get it in another couple of days, if not i'll just play it and cancel the order.

Still... watching the ME3 case makes me want to play it so bad....
This is going to be a very long 13 hours.....

My cancel button is gone too. I hope that is a good sign. I've been told on three different occasions that it will ship by the 8th and to call on the 8th if it has not shipped yet.

I picked release date shipping and never got it today...

My cancel button is gone but it still says "processing". I have never once got any sort of update from them. I don't even know if it's coming via UPS, USPS, or what.

Walmart owes us. TERRIBLE customer service. Disgraceful.

good news friends! My Walmart ME3 CE order has been shipped  and is in Transit through FedEx and estimated to arrive tomorrow.. the 7th ! I was worried it was gonna totally be cancelled but guess not. gives me time to go back and save garrus and Tali cause they died in my playthrough of ME2.

Wal-Mart has always been a terrible outlet when it comes to customer service. Having worked at one before, I know that as soon as the funds clear from you, 'eventually' is their typical ETA.

I'm currently having a similar problem, with futureshop. My original ETA upon ordering was that it would arrive today, upon informing them it had not arrived, I was told "Give it a few business days."

Unfortunately a lot of retailers not exclusive to videogames or electronics tend to work the same way. That being said, ordering from an online store often is never actually handled by the store itself. The order is often sent to their distributors, and it is shipped from there.

Hopefully it is. But I haven't got any updates yet today, I got an email from them though. All they said was that there was an issue with the inventory and that corrections will be made. No ETA on it, and they refunded my shipping.

Finally they replied back.
"Let us inform you that the distribution center received the merchandise late and because of this the item should be shipped one or two days after the release date of the game.

In a effort to compensate you for this inconvenience, a $10 eGift card will be issued to your account no later than March 12, 2012."
