just got off the phone again with customer service and the guy said I was already his 5th call about the game today lol. He said the items should be shipping today and arrive on Friday, along with the $10 gift card being emailed to me by then too since they didn't have it to me by the release date. My order status still says processing though and unlike other people here I still have a cancel order button available in my account page....so I'll believe it has shipped when it's on my doorstep.

I hope that's true. A $10 gift card isn't enough for me to forgive them for this though. Won't be ordering from them again if I can help it.

I just check Walmart and now it the status says that it's 'Shipped'. Hopefully I'll get today or tomorrow. After dealing with all this terribad customer service, I doubt I'll be ordering from Walmart again,

same here, my status also show 'Shipped", my first choice was amazon but they ran out and I changed to walmart. This certainly teach me to preorder CE earlier.

my Walmart order is in Vehicle now for delivery through Fed Ex. They received it at 10 last night in Bloomington,CA and im in LA. Sent a few emails yesterday to Walmart with no response till 11:53 pm saying it had been shipped. So looks like its next day shipping. So hopefully everyone will get it soon

I called them about an hour ago and they said it shipped and gave me a tracking number for ups innovations. It's where ups ships it to the post office! So they mess up and now I have to pay for the mistake by waiting longer!

this is REALLY messed up, other people's orders say that it has shipped and mine still says processing. They took my money and I ordered this collector's edition November 17th, of 2011. This is RIDICULOUS. I will NEVER use Walmart for nothing ever again. They told me the same thing, that it ships on the 6th and that it will be here thursday or friday. I can't stand this crap, what happened to offering good quality products ON TIME with grat service? Companies man, companies. Then of course there is no way to talk to someone who isn't a lowly peon.
The only reason i even went with Walmart is because i got a $55 gift card from a friend for christmas.....so i put it towards the game.

Yep, i should have pre ordered in Gamestop when they still had the CE's... that is not the only problem i have at the moment. They shipped two copies of ME3 CE and it is going to arrive on the 13th. 2? i ordered one only and i can't even cancel it.

Were you charged for two? Bc if not, that would ALMOST make up for having to wait...you could sell your extra CE for a pretty penny on eBay. But I am completely in the same boat- I have a standard edition staring me in the face and I'm about 30sec away from opening it. I'm on spring break and had planned to dedicate the majority of it to the beach and ME3, and so far the beach isn't enough to fill that ME3 void.

I bought the standard edition on March 6 since i thought that the whole ordering from walmart think wasn't going to work since it was still processing and i couldn't cancel it for some reason.I have been job hunting and took a break because ME3 was coming out and it was all for nothing...

Wow, drop the ball more please, Wal-Mart. Jesus. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence. I preordered a standard from Gamestop just in case, and picked it up yesterday morning. Was going to hold out on opening it if the CE was arriving today/tomorrow, but given that seems to no longer be the case, it looks like I'll be joining you and opening my standard edition. Good luck with everything, and hit me up on XBL if you wanna jam on some multiplayer sometime, my GT is the same as my username.
