I cant find Harrowmont to speak w him. Bhelens guy wont talk to me til Harrowmont does. I cant go anywhere in the Deep Roads except to Aeducain Thaig. Ogrehn wont engage me in dialogue. What do I do?

Well it seems you need to be more clear, you speak with either Harrowmont's or Bhelen's assistants first, and I believe after doing those quests you enter the Proving to champion either one(maybe that's just Harrowmont). Once you win Bhelen will argue that it shouldn't be decided who's king by just the proving, so Harrowmont will send you off to go find Paragon Branka, whom Oghren is also after. I assume your at this part seeing as you can enter the mines. But, your missing something. You need to talk to Harrowmont, whose house like Bhelen's(Royal Palace or what not) is in the Diamond Quarter to get Caridin's Cross unlocked in the Deep Roads. Can't be sure but I think that's what your missing.

yah need to be more clear on what you've done so far also.
it goes like this..you go assembly..and Bhelen's guy is right there..Harrowmount's guy meets you outside after cutscene..you choose one.
harrowmount send you to provings
bhelen sends you to deliver letters...which takes you to aeducan thaig
come back..and you can get an audience with Harrow/Bhelen depending on which one of their quests you did..DON'T do both..as it bugs out
after that regardless of who you "work" for they send you to kill Jarvia
after that they both send you to deep roads to find Branka..just before you enter the Deep Roads to find Branka Oghren approaches you

I've fought beaten Jarvia for Harrowmont, I am wondering if I could still do the first Bhelan mission to get into the Aeducan Thaig. Or can I do that without helping Bhelan

You can go there even if you don't help Bhelan
