Hi, Pre-ordered the N7 digital Delue addition

I got the N7 aresnal pack, and From Ashes, but I seem to not have the AT12 or the M-55 DLC weapons, is there something I have to do to get these weapons?

I haven't either but I'm more concern with the from ashes DLC crashing than getting my items ATM.

Mine DLC codes were in a separate e-mail. Also, since I got it from Amazon, I just have to go into my digital content > games and it's got the other DLC code there.

I got an email from EA a few minutes after I started up the game and it contacted the servers. It contained the codes for the AT12 and the M-55.

Can someone correct me but is the From Ashes DLC included with the Collector's Edition Material?
