Am I forced to save the Krogan female? I really hate Krogans:sick:. If i destroy Maelon's data in ME2, maybe I won't have to save her?

I'm afraid you must- as with rescuing the turian primarch this is an essential requirement to advance the storyline. You are given the choice, however, to screw over royally the krogan as a species at a later point- and, should they still be alive in your game, you will also have the opportunity to dispose of Wrex and Grunt.

The female, ironically, is one of the least loathsome krogan characters I've encountered in the game so far.

yes, first I would like to complete ME3 as renegade who not interested about anything

that why would like to know if I have some choice there or not about that krogan female.

It seems that major*3 answered your question. Yes, apparently, you must save the krogan.

wonder where are those critical choices they told us about if you even cant decide who you want in your fight with reapers (still remember articles about how your choices make some alien race not join your case)

oh well maybe later there will be choice do do something about it
