How do i actually open them? it says they are both installed but when i right click there is no open option.

They are inside your ME3 directory.

You have to open the folder that origin installs its games into. There is a bonus folder there where everything gets added.

Check your Origin settings. It automatically installs stuff in C:\\Program Files\\Origin Games for me, so probably for you as well. They're in the ME3 bonus subfolder.
