After the EA video it freezes on the planet earth, can't tell if it's supposed to be a cutscene or just a picture, but it freezes and won't continue.

I have the same issue.
I have a found a way to play the game. You have to launch the game right after you restart you computer. But this is very annoying to do, so anyone with a solution please share
