So, I've talked to the Spectre, activated acess in the Spectre Terminal, went to the terminal where you can see an Hanar, and now what?
Is there another terminal? I'm feeling kind of stupid

I think this may be bugged for some people. After activating the first terminal my map gets updated with the location of the second one, but the prompt is stuck on the first terminal so there's nothing I can do. Any info on this?

I had the same problem. I just ignored it after awhile because I wanted to finish the game. lawls...

Where's the second one? The prompt was stuck for me also, but it was gone after a while!

Where's the second one? The prompt was stuck for me also, but it was gone after a while!

It's down in the docking bay where they house refugees, if you go to you map you should see it marked.

There are terminals all around the citadel just walk around and they should light up in blue diamonds. I assume you have met kasumi? (This quest plays out differently if you have completed her DLC in ME2)

Hah, didn't even notice that there was a Dock: Holding Area, kept going to the Normandy dock.

This means I definitely must go to bed =P

I had the same issue with the first terminal waypoint getting stuck. There are other terminals all over the Citadel, should be locations on your map. Find em all, finish the quest and that waypoint will go away.

I can't even activate the first terminal -- I reloaded before I even picked up the quest to see if it was bad, but I talk with Kasumi, get the Spectre Req scanning thing, head to the first terminal and nothing happens, I think it's bugged.

I have the same issue, map got update, i found the 2nd terminal, but there is no diamond or circle or any interaction for that matter...any help?

My bet is this is going to get fixed in a patch in the future.

I found the first two, and the third isn't showing up. I agree, probably bugged.

Where is the first terminal? I've activated the Spectre surveillance, but can't find any terminals to activate anywhere...

First I was thinking I was stuck, you just need to look around citadel (I cant remenber the exactly places) but you will find the terminals in other levels!!

buggey by me too i cant activate the first terminal

I managed to finish the quest. Reloading saves and/or loading other areas of the citadel seems to get the first terminal unstuck!

Can anyone help me out? I'm not able to access the terminal at the holding area right when you exit the elevator. I've spent so much time getting every mission on the citadel done, and ill be damned if i start over or not get a 100% ( or whatever haha ) game just because of this dumb error

 This is definitely bugged. I went to the holding area and hit the first one by the elevator. I left to go do another quest and now I cant hit the terminal on the far side (past garrus) which is what the guides all say is next. This is fustrating I spent over an hour looking for what I missed before I finally came to look online. The map does indeed show my next location is that terminal on the far side but there is no hud icon for it and I cant interact. Wish there was a way to file a bug report....

Yea been trying for 4 hours to fix it, went to the holding area, saved and loaded etc. Nothing works and this is really annoying.

I had the same problems as the rest of you. I just left the Citadel, did another side quest, and when I returned everything was ok, and I was able to finish the mission.

Did you have the problem with it not being on your map? Or being unable to click the terminals?

I started the quest, got the first and second terminal, the third was a no go, ran back up to the specter office and started the hanar tracking, and the quest still doesnt work... Bleh, gonna miss out on double war assets....

I was having the same problem, so good to know if I go back after a couple other things maybe it'll be fixed. Still worrying about my timing though - any quests that I for sure should do straight away??

I went and did several other missions and came back with no success. The problem still persists where is shows the next terminal on the map (under section 4 in the holding area) but nothing to interact with.
