Same issue.

I found the first terminal and activated it. It then bugged and the blue diamond would not go away until I left the Citadel. I reloaded to see if that would fix it. Same thing only this time the blue diamond did disappear, but I cannot activate the second terminal in the refuge camps. I did not have Kisume in ME2.

Odd, I can't start with the first terminal. I even tried reloading three times, no luck.

Bump. Have same problem with my PC version. Couldn't activate first terminal outside Hanar office. Did all the stuff in the Spectre office just fine, Kasumi seems to be working ok.

So it's been a month since this issue was posted and there still doesn't seem to be a resolution. Bioware told me to watch for an update, but refused to tell me when. I understand there are a few workarounds for those who've used their awesome mind powers to predict it, but as far as I can tell there's nothing available for us console users who don't have precognition. Has anyone else came across a solution since Bioware isn't addressing the issue? I'm reluctant to continue the game because I have no idea when they'll update, or if I'll run across similar issues with other quests later on.
