If only they make some "upgrade" option in the game so we could start with the wrong face to fix it when they get a solution. We could start a game if they make a mid game import face system like the reset abilities in ME2.

Gibbed's save editor allows exporting of a facial construction from one game and importing into another.

This bug on face import from ME 2 really breaks my inmersion on the game...besides my char doesn't have anymore the bad **s scars that had at the end of ME 2. I tried to recreate my shepard from scratch, but it's still not the same.

I'm still awaiting for a fix devs....

One more..

I saved my character from ME2 importer onto an official X360 memory
stick. I have transferred the save to another new slim console and it
does not recognise the ME2 save.

At first I thought it was
because I hadn't downloaded the ME2 DLC content onto my new console and
so I did. Then I saw with horror that I had to buy - again - the
Cerberus network (which came with my ME2 collectors edition for free and
which I had already registered).

So I spend 1200 microsft points
buying something that should already be under my x360 account only to
find out that after downloading all ME2 DLC (except Arrival) ME3 STILL
does not recognise my ME2 imported character.

Can someone help out please? I'm in the UK.

Thanks.

PS.
As per above, my save was not in the cloud, it was on an official X360
memory stick. In fact, I've never used cloud at all to sore a save.

You need to open the ME2 save in ME2 (the actual game) on the console you transferred it to, and then save it to the hard drive. Then you should be able to import it to ME3. Same problem existed with externally stored save for ME2 importing from ME1 (which was before cloud saves existed... but pretty much the same thing in theory).

You shouldn't have had to buy the Cerberus code for ME2 again as long as you are using the same profile you used originally. I would have brought that up with XBL and/or EA to resolve before paying for that again.

If you recently switched Xboxes but kept your same profile, you need to make sure your registration is transferred to the new console (they do it by the serial number) in order to get all your digital content back. Sometimes it takes a talk on the phone with XBL support to make sure the registration transfers successfully. I had to deal with that a year or two ago.

My ME2 DLC choices didn't carry over and it looks like there is no way to fix it without playing them all again even though I just played them 2 weeks ago. I'm severely pissed off.
