I've played ME from the beginning and have imported my female Sheppard till the end of this game. Played it through till the end of ME3, but now I want to play as a male Sheppard with a romantic interest in Ashly.
My question is - can I make a new Male Sheppard and choose certain opitions from the two previous games?

I don't think you can make HUGE choices in default Shepard, the demo mentioned that you can pick if Ashley died or Kaidan and also if numinous people died.
