It seems to be bugging out on me. All I see is the Terminal at the Embassies (and I see an arrow to it everywhere I go on the Citadel, including other floors). Anyone else have this problem?  

EDIT: argh nevermind, it was telling me to go to another floor. I do suck. =\\

Yep, try other floors. I believe D2 is one of the next way points.
