For the record, European costumer without an e-mail so far, and money has been subtracted from my bank account.

I still haven't recieved my Shotgun raider code yet either. Is the email that it comes in is a separate email?
You always get your code for pre-order items in a separate mail when you pre-order something in Origin. Most recently, I got my pre-order weapon pack for Kingdoms of Amalur in a separate mail about two hours after the game unlocked.
Everything I ordered on Origin, the mails with the pre-order codes always arrived and mostly around the time/date of unlock. The only occasion it went wrong was with DA:O two years ago when I got my code for Shale about a week after release, but I never had any problems with any other games I pre-ordered.

I'm in the same boat as you. I haven't received any email regarding the Raider shotgun. The EA rep I spoke with said the code for the Argus may unlock both weapons...but I'm not so sure. If it doesn't he said to call them back. I'm tired of getting the runaround from EA. How hard is it to email me a code for the Shotgun?

Hey guys, just want to confirm. The problem is that you don't have the actual code yet? Or that you aren't able to enter the code here on the Social website?
No code yet. I received the receipt from Origin yesterday night, around 12:15, saying I could play the game, with my serial number, my order ID and product ID. However, there is no redeem code.
I have e-mailed EA tech support early this morning, no response yet.

If we were supposed to get the code in our email, then... I don't have the code.

I have not received the code for AT12 raider shotgun. Got only the code for the Argus rifle last night. Preordered N7 collector's edition (360) from origin website

Origin support guy I have on the phone right now seems to think that the code for the DDE should have unlocked the Argus and the Raider. Then again he also keeps asking me to go to the Downloadable Content option from the in game menu which doesn't seem to exist (for me anyways)...

I don't have the preorder codes at and they don't show up BSN either. Collector's Edition/Digital Deluxe do however.
And can you answer this?

The guy I talked to was actually very helpful, just seems like the process for unlocking the pre-order items wasn't communicated very well to customer service in general.

OK, after ~20 minutes on the phone customer service manually generated the individual codes and I was able to redeem them via BSN.

Oh.
I don't like the idea of 20-minute long distance call one bit.
Do they still have a support chat or something? Any other contacts?

They do. I just got off of it. It took about 25 minutes, but they got me the two codes I never received with no hassle. Check the Customer Service section on the Origin website and click the "Talk to a Game Advisor" link.

Or you can be put on hold for 10 minutes and than be hung up on. Than when you go to select to talk to someone again it will no longer have people available for the call................ !@)#(*!@#)(^!@*!#@$

Thanks.
Strangely, the only contact options there were the phones and "email me".
Hope they'll respond...

I was told earlier on by EA help that the activation codes would be sent out when the game was available for preload which was about a week ago now.
My game unlocks tomorrow in Australia and I it doesn't look like any further emails are coming. I'm not really sure what to do now 'cause the talk to an advisor button isn't working on my machine any more!
