Origin "preorder items not showing up"

Just checked tonight and still no pre order guns. I really don't want to spend 1/2 hour on the phone when I can be playing the game.  Can someone just check this out or something.

Been 24 hours since the game was unlocked, Still no codes for the Argus and Raider, and currently in a live chat with a Origin support rep that is just running through her template responses, none of which help. All of this after the last rep faked a "dissconnecton" and forced me to wait another half hour.

I want to kill myself now...

Well here's what I got from EA help earlier.

Wait-wait-wait

Him: Ok, what's your order number - here are the codes
Me: Great! Do I enter them into the Bioware site or Origin 'cause I haven't used Origin for DLC before?
Him: Let me check this out.
Disconnected....

So I go for putting the codes into BSN and they magically work but there's no option to download the packs available and they're not showing up on my origin account. So thinking maybe I should have gone for redeeming the codes on Origin, I try that - it doesn't work......back to livechat.

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait......

Me - (see above)
Him - We are aware of the problem and you should receive an email.
Me - You said that over a week ago. Will I have the codes when my game unlocks?
Him - Maybe.
Me - I paid for the items and I'd like to use them. What should I do if I don't get an email?
Him - You can always contact us again.
Me - Talk to you tomorrow then. (Glare at my computer.....eat chocolate!)

I want the first guy back!

I can 1up that

1st Rep: 44 min wait: Tell him the issue and fakes a DC to avoid helping me (I was very poilite) 20 Minute chat time mostly spent on him "checking".
2nd Rep: 38 min wait: I tell her the issue forward my order code and tell her that I was never given the email codes for these bonus items.
First response: They are included in your Digital CE bonus, I correct her and tell her they are not, they are seperate items listed in Orgin once you enter the code.
Second response: They are unlocked in game, I correct her again telling here I spent 10 hours when the game went live playing and even compleated the bonus day 1 DLc to see if there were some how locked by that.
Third response: She links me a "How to install DLC" page for Origin, I point out to here that I never recived the email code for this DLC even though I was supose to and even the link shows the pre order bonus items showing up as seperate DLC.

Repeat 1-3 for the next hour afterwards and you have my Live support chat call. Finnaly in the end she tells me that Origin has no such codes to gives out and end the chat.

immediatelly, but everywhere online people are saying the same thing,
those who preordered thhrough origin are not receiving their codes.

I never received the emails for my preorder content (Argus or Raider) or about my Kingdoms of Amalur demo stuff. (The latter didn't show up here.) I contacted Origin live support, and the rep added some DLC to my account, and gave me working codes for the rest. She even gave me the N7 Warfare Gear. So I now have all of the preorder content, as well as my Amalur promotional content.

Not really sure what happened, but I suggest contacting EA for your codes. I'm quite happy with the results.

I thought I would come in here to say that I was told the codes would go out in 4-6 hours during my live support chat.  I have no idea whether this is true, but hopefully it is.   Here is the transcript if anyone is curious.

In addition to that content preorders are supposed to receive an email with codes which they can redeem for some in game items. Those emails were never sent out by Origin.

Ok, quick update - I tried EA help live chat again and fourth time (5th?) lucky. I got my codes and they actually worked, so hopefully when my game unlocks tomorrow I will have my shotgun by my side.

Anyway my point is - there is someone on EA Help Livechat at the moment with a soul - - - try them now!!!!!

My second attempt at chat support did the trick -- in case anyone is interested, here's the trick that worked for me (tossed Bioware support around - and was super nice):

(BTW: they even went above and beyond and issued codes for things I didn't even ask for (like N7 and Ashes DLC that's already in my account LOL)

you: Hello Manish, I was hoping you could help me with some missing pre-order DLC in ME3.
Manish: Could you please elaborate the issue in more details?
you: I never recieved my pre-order code in email, bioware support said if I contacted you Origin (where I bought it) you guys could fix it up and generate some codes?
Manish: Please provide me the order number and email id you used to purchase.

Guys do not chat with customer support, call them.. I just called, and they gave me the code for the pre order items.. just be kind and provide the necessary information, you will have the code within 10 minutes.

Just got off the phone with support, after a few minutes of her looking stuff up she was able to get the codes with the raider and argus for me :) Took about 16 minutes. I would suggest going the phone support route if you can, because I've done the Live Chat for other things.. and it felt like the help wasn't as helpful? Just be patient and be prepared to explain difference between what you get naturally with the game DLC wise and getting codes for preorder items. Tell them the Arguss and Raider codes. Hope this helps. :D

Origin has been so far, absolutely incompetent. After I told them several times that they gave me the wrong codes, and that I was looking for the AT-12 Raider Shotgun, she eventually said that she escalated it and I should get an email in an hour, 10 hours later still no email.

Didn't call a number myself. On the help page there's three options, email, live chat and have them call you. https://help.ea.com/ than chose talk to a game advisor and eventually you can pick an option. I'm not sure if this is region specific though, I'm in the US.

Pretty sure this will be the first and last game I buy through origin. I don't give enough of a crap to waste time trying to track down why I don't have my pre-order weapons. EA really is the anti-christ of gaming.

The Raider Shotgun code is a PC only exclusive, so people purchasing the 360 version didn't get one sent to them. I'm currently in a Chat with Origin's customer support.

Guess I will have to set aside a hour or so too get my pre order dlc. First seem right I only get a few hours a day to play with work and stuff. To waste an hour waitng for this stuff stinks. :(

This was not how it was advertised when I purchased my pre-order. It was advertised for all platforms.
