So... I thought pre-ordering through Origin would be the easiest way to obtain the pre-order items. Seems they can't even do that right. Last time I pre-order off Origin.

It's not acceptable that we have to go through Origin support to get the items, they could've just automated the process.

Contacted UK support (which only allows e-mail), will get me a reply every 24 hours apparently... After having a look at the conversations others have had with support, I imagine I will get my codes just within the month!

Online with representative now only took 3 mins. She is checking my status stuff now. Was quicker then I thought.

Oh being told that the two guns I thought came with the standard edition only come with delux. Does the standard edition come with any DLC I thought it did?

I can't really give this person a hard time. I know he is just a person that is being told what to say. I will see what he has to say about what I just said. But something is not right.

Someone in BIOWARE needs to fix this stuff. I pre ordered the game and I seem like im getting the run around. I gave the guy my order info He knows I pre ordered the game. And now he just tells me that You get that stuff when you pre order the game.

I have a lot of patience and keeping my cool though.

It should be all editions, not just deluxe. If he can't solve it, ask to talk to someone above him. It isn't that hard for them to get a code for you, but it seems using the online method versus phone can be not the best of experiences.

All I have is a cell phone and Using it and wasting hour on phone trying to deal with DLC issues is not economical for me at this point. He is looking into it though.

Ya, just tell them this is a known problem of people not getting their preorder emails from origin. Tons of people talking about it on forums. And if he says can't help you, then ask why other people have used online help and the people who helped them gave them codes for prorder items. Patience and persistence I guess, although this should never have happened to begin with and EA/Origin needs to figure out what happened so it doesn't again.

Yeah I haven't gotten my Argus Assault Rifle or my Shotgun Pack codes either.
I got the Digital Deluxe Version.

All I can suggest to people if you talk to them, be respectable. They are only doing there jobs. And its nice to be kind to people, even though you might think your being run around.

If you haven't recieved a pre-order bonus code from ordering on Origin don't bother contacting support in any other method other than via phone as they will not be able to help you. Some one at Origin/EA needs to be informed of this issue.

Not true. I used online method and just got my codes. Don't know what I did different but I didn't freak out on the guy. My text is just above

I contacted EA live chat support on the first night about the origin pre-order code giving me the AT-15 Shotgun for the 360 and they said it would, but it's not showing up in game. The shotgun wasn't advertised as PC only. It was advertised as origin purchase exclusive. I ordered from origin (along with my game stop N7 edition) and I would like the shotgun.

From the Pre-Order FAQ:"Origin pre-order customers get the AT12 Raider shotgun and the M55 Argus assault rifle (as all pre-orders get the Argus)"

I was just told by customer service they only have pc codes and have not gotten the xbox code generator yet. Does anyone have the code for the 360 yet?

Yeah, don't freak out on the EA Chat people. I was respectable about my pre-order issues and my guy gave me the N7 Warfare pack (and Argus Rifle) for the Xbox 360.

Also, I later found out the AT-12 Raider Shotgun is a PC exclusive, like the M-90 Indra Sniper Rifle.

Got off the phone with a very helpful customer rep. She informed me that the AT Raider Shotgun was a PC exclusive (I have the 360 version), apologized for the false advertising, and gave me a code for the N7 War Gear pack. It's better than nothing. I get a different shottie and a new armor.

Still haven't recived mine for PC, Pre ordered my Digital CE from Origin, no Argus code, no Raider code, and now talked to 3 reps, the recent one just told me to wait...
