Well, the game isn't officially released in the EU yet, so I'll wait when it is and if I don't get have codes, I'll try the live support.

Just did the online chat with the Origin help and got both my codes within 5 minutes. Very helpful, and quick!

This. I was missing the N7 Warfare Gear DLC. Chat agent got it to me pretty fast once I verified my credentials.

But support in EU is mostly over Email or Phone. I don't think the US live support will help us. Or were you thinking about calling?

9 times out of 10 you wonderfully smart people dont remember what email address that is associated and confirmed with your origin account. Just because you changed your email address 2 days before it shipped or you downloaded it doesnt mean it was confirmed. Check the email that was originally associated with your origin account.

Well, I'll try with the US live support first, if that's not helping, I'll try e-mail. Phone is really the last resort, as I don't want to spend even more money on this.

But for all I know, I'll receive the codes in my mailbox with no problems whatsoever. Threads like this just make me a bit paranoid.

9 times out of 10, it's a mistake from EA.  It happenned in the past, it is happening now, it will happen again.
I mean, when people get their confirmation e-mail for buying the game and don't get their codes on that same e-mail adress, it's not a problem with wonderfully smart people.

I had to spend an hour on-line with a useless tech support from EA to solve that problem until he finally gave me my code.  He tried telling me I'd get it on the 8th, then told me I already had it I just had to play longer, then other excuses.  I gave him the thread, explained the situation, kept telling me to use the game code in Origin

Finally, after an hr of repeating myself, I got my codes for the guns and the armor.

It is 3 seperate codes for the guns and the N7 armor.

Had same email for 6 years.  Even though this could be cause its not 9 out of 10.  Something happened on ea end.

my problem is that i have put my codes in, ingame on the weps tab, it says that there are new weps but none show up, that is for the shotgun and sniper + alienware sniper, all codes where accepted through origin aswell, Any idea?

Since my pre-order ordeal with EA support it would not surprise me if i don't get the codes. I just hope they get sent on the 9th to us Europeans otherwise they've just messed up AGAIN.

It's the 8th over here in Australia, which is release/unlock day for us. There's no sign of my codes yet (which should be the Argus and Raider, but I've heard rumors that we may get the N7 Warfare Gear too. An e-mail to EA help with that question went unanswered though). Live chat appears to be disabled for us peeps in Australia (BIG SURPRISE...), so I've sent an e-mail to them asking for my codes. I really hope I don't have to end up calling them...

So it's release day and got the "you can play now"-email from EA. I expected the codes to be sent by now. I have all DDE items and even the KoA demo items and facebook packs, but no sign of the promised warfare gear, raider and argus.

And there's another odd thing. Origin now says I bought the game on 2 March, while I bought it 22 January. Why would this be changed?

I think it says that for everyone. It's most likely related to the 2nd being the day it could be preloaded.

I'm still waiting for a code that gives me acces to my pre-order
content, such as the N7 defender armor, raider shotgun, valkyrie rifle,
etc.. Atleast I have not gotten any code to unlock these - not via mail
or through the origin client.

I got one code, that contained the usual "cd-key", cause when I entered it it said it was already activated, so I take it it is only used to unlock the game once it was released. No extra content or unlocks came with that key. It is the same as my games product code... So, "typical" cd-key. Got it via mail.

I'm european, just got my game activated 5 hours ago. It's awesome, but still no code to unlock pre-order content ... Idk what to tell you, but I'll let you know if/when I get it.

Got the Alienware DLC and see it in my redeemed list. Also see the Reckoning armor but not yet the weapons pack from the pre-order.

Also was unable to redeem my pre-order in Origin as it was allready used it seems.

Have any European players received their preorder codes from Origin yet? I tried contacting support to ask when they would come but they were useless.
