on the quest citadel: hanar diplomat quest i got to the termianl click on it then it has a short audio clip, says map updating then there is a quest marker that shows up on the same terminal but i cant interact with it ?has anyone been able to finish this quest?

I have the same problem. Also the marker leaves after loading the save, but still no sign what to do now.

nvr mind figured it out u have to go down to the docks where all the refugges are and click a bunch more terminals
