Oh great, I just found out from Bioware help team. Bootcamp is not supported to play ME3 although I can play ME1 & 2, C&C3 just fine.

Bioware.... why use Origin, why not with bootcamp!!!? T-T

I'm wondering how much "testing" was done for this game. Has BioWare even acknowledged that there's a problem for so many people? Seems like when you contact EA they just refer you to some other forum post...with a fix that doesn't work.

Welcome to Origin pop-up "The First True Blockbuster Game Of The Year" - USA Today.... USA Today must be playing the console version.

My 4th support chat went about as well as the last 3. These people are completely worthless and do nothing whatsoever to help me solve the issue. Where did EA find all these emotionally detached drones to work for them? These people don't care about you or your problem so therefor they have no place in the support field. Just look at this ****.

Pallav: Thanks for contacting EA Help! My name is Pallav how may I help you?
you: I'd assume you know why.
you: Isn't this an open case?
Pallav: Sorry if you dont mind can you expalin your issue so that i can assist you better
you: I'm having an issue launching Mass Effect 3.
you: I just finished talking to someone and he told me to turn off UAC then reinstall Origin and my computer to see if that would resolve the issue and it didn't.
you: Sorry I made an error he said to "restart my computer after reinstalling Origin".
Pallav: You have a valid reason to be disappointed.I'll do my best to address your concern.
Pallav: What is the error message are you getting while installing the game?
you: I never got an error message while installing the game.
you: The problem I get is with getting the game to launch.
Pallav: So what is problem that are you encountering?
you: As soon as I launch the game the process closes itself out.
Pallav: I will definitely help you regarding your concern?
Pallav: To understand the issue better, may I ask a few questions?
you: Sure.
Pallav: Are you launching the game for the first time?
you: No I've tried multiple times.
Pallav: And for every time you are facing the same problem?
you: yes.
you: I've never had the game launch correctly yet.
Pallav: Have you download the game?
you: Yes I've downloaded the game.
Pallav: On which platform do you want to play the game?
you: PC

Is this guy serious or is he trolling me?

I'm still in the chat with the guy. HIS BARRAGE OF INANE QUESTIONS DOESN'T END.

Pallav: Thank you for the requested information.
you: You're welcome.
Pallav: Do one thing you delete the game and agin download the game but do it manually

As soon as he said that I just lost it and busted into laughter then ended the live chat.

Hey Bioware? Can you not reccomend people to this abomanation of a website?

Soooo basically what he just told you to do was delete the game and download it manually which it can't because it has to be downloaded via Origin...nice....real nice

It would be nice if someone from Bioware acknowledged the existence of this problem somewhere, maybe even on this thread.

So they basically expect me to get an actual PC labtop just because of one F**cking game. Really. This is madness. iOS Boot camp has been working fine with every game in Steam. Why did they decide to get out of Steam? That engine is already brilliant, why makes it worse?

Yeah Steam ain't perfect (resource HOG!!) But this kind of crap never happens in Steam, their QA is top notch. EA completely dropped the ball with Origin, even with their own freaking games, how sad.

Bioware really needs to at least us know they are aware of this issue and working on it

Agreed but I honestly doubt that they are working on it. There hasn't been a single post on any thread about this subject by BioWare. I think they're more worried about blotchy textures than people not getting their game to run.

I've spent all day trying every conceivable fix I can think of short of another PC, and this is the only highend pc I own.

Yeah, I'm not going to spend another 1500 - 2000 dollars on a new computer...I really wanna play ME3 but I don't want to play it that bad.

I hope that Bioware is better than what they have become right now, and then I'm wrong again. EA is known for screwing up game developers and gamers by stabbing customers through the heart. EA ruined C&C on the freaking last game of the series C&C4 and now they ruined the platform of the game. C&C4's gameplay is horrifying. ME3, let me guess, the game experience is freaking epic beyond you can imagine and I'm not being sarcastic here...., but you > can't >>>> play ;D

Save to say, this will be my last game owned by EA. Don't care about DA3, Generals 2 come out, but I guess the problem will be the same so I have to get another way around. They leave me no choice.

The only games I buy after ME3 will be only from Blizzard & Ubisoft. Sorry, but you've done it.

I lost a lot of faith in Bioware after the ****ed up Dragonage II as bad as they did. But the difference here is that ME3 is a great game, I've had a chance to fool around on a friend's copy. But the inability to actually PLAY my own 70 dollar collector's edition is disconcerting.

I sent a message with a link to this thread to Chris Priestly about this and he replied back .

"Sorry to hear the trouble you're having. I am contacting our people and I'll see what we can do."

So I now have a sliver of hope again.

I'd like to hope, but after all the threads on the same issue and no acknowledgement, I have my doubts.

Download your game like usual from origin then download me3 crack from pirate bay. single/multiplayer works, can even sync with origin cloud (I bought the game legit). down side is you have to crack the dlc too. and there's no way to get collector ed items like the hoodie and dog.

So my only choice is to not only crack the game, but then run a dlc unlocker? On stuff I paid for? If I wanted to pirate all this stuff why did I even bother paying $80 dollars?
