I tried to purchase From Ashes through the Origin app, but unfortunately it crashed as the payment was going through. My paypal account was successfully charged and I have the receipt for that, but upon restarting Origin I discovered I have neither the DLC nor the bioware points it costs. I gave EA's online support a try, but the fellow I was chatting with couldn't find my attempted purchase in his database (not surprising) and so was only able to suggest I wait and see if the situation resolves itself.
Failing that, can someone tell me who else I should contact? I'd sure like this not to be a drawn out process.

It did resolve itself in fact. The Bioware points showed up in my account overnight and I was able to complete the transaction this morning. Yay!
