 I have the CE version of ME3.

On Origin it has said it has downloaded the ME3 Soundtrack and N7 Warefare Gear (Pre-oreder stuff)
But for the N7 CE Materials it just stays and 0% and an error comes up to try and download again.

I have rebooted Origin, rebooted my machine, ect and still a no go.

Any help on this please?

Had the same problem, and saw someone post about it here.

Try canceling download completely and then restarting it from game details page. I've managed to get two faulty pieces of content with two retries.

I had the same problem but it was Origin being super slow. They took a full 10 minutes after I clicked on dl to actually start downloading. Not sure if this is the same issue or not though.

I'm also having this issue, and my pre-order bonuses aren't even listed :/ I did see something on here somewhere about this. I just e-mailed EA so I'll see what they say

Actually I got it to work. I just closed down origin, re-opened it and canceled the download and just restarted it and then it worked:)

I'm having this same problem. I click to dl and then get an error message. I restarted Origin tried again and same thing again.

For everyone having this problem, check your email associated with your origin account. The email contains the promo codes. The come back to BSN and on the menu on the left go to My Games->Your Registered Game Content. Then copy paste the codes from the email.

Yeah my emails contain no such codes. just a verification they have charged me for materials I have yet to recieve access to.

Mine downloaded. Twice. I downloaded the soundtrack from the bioware site. It was in my content page , i clicked the link and saved it to my PC. though I didnt know that at the same time it was downloading in Origin.

Anyway , try DLing it from the bioware page.

Hmm, can someone explain what's included in the N7 Collector's Edition Materials? Because for me it says it's installed but if I'm supposed to get the Valkyrie and Defender Armor, I'm not seeing it. I only got an e-mail featuring codes for two.
