So hopefuly this Pre-Order Code delivery system may simple be slacking, and we will receive our pre-order bonus codes shortly.

In Registered Game Content the soundtrack appears a whopping 4 times (one for xbox and ps3, two for PC), then there's the rifle, Online Pass and the armor from the Kingdoms of Amalur demo. The From Ashes DLC that is supposed to be included and the rest of the collector's edition items are nowhere to be seen.

I was directed to contact Gamestop for help and it took them all of one day to help me rectify the situation. It was great!
Step 1: Go to www.gamestop.com and go to Contact Us
Step 2: Click on "Submit a compliment or Report an Issue"
Step 3: Fill in all required information - it's pretty obvious
Step 4: In the "Issue" box, note which EBgames / Gamestop Retailer you pre-ordered from, which Platform you bought it for (in this case, PC), what your issue is, what you did, what error you got, and provide the non-working code you used as listed on your Pre-Order Card you received when picking up your copy of ME3.
After submitting, they contacted me the next day with a code that worked, and all is well and good. Very easy and helpful (I was missing some info and they emailed me to request it. Got the code 30 min after replying).
This is in contrast to EA live chat help.... which was not a pleasant experience. So the best resolution for this issue is to go through Gamestop.
