Well now. I try to live chat with a game adviser, and I feel naught but the urge to drink and shoot husks. I send an email, and five hours later, I get my retail codes for my pre-order guns. I feel the urge to shoot more husks. I think I'm gonna go do that now! Next time, I'm just gonna stick to email.

To all having problems: email support is the solution!
  • https://help.ea.com/
  • Click Talk to a game advisor.
  • What product is your question about? (e.g. Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition)
  • Choose Account/Registration.
  • Select platform (e.g. PC)
  • Click Email Me button.
  • Fill out all fields, including keys (Product Code should be main game key and Promo Code should be From Ashes key) and last 8 numbers of your CC. Screenname is the name of your Origin account. And Error Message should be "The product code you entered is not valid.".
  • Precisely describe your problem in the Description of the issue field. Any not functioning preorder DLC codes should be pasted here.
  • Don't forget the File attachment!!! (but you can only upload one after all the other fields are filled out). Upload a screenshot of your email you got from your favourite games shop.
  • Finally submit your case to EA email support.
  • When EA support is adding the DLC to your Origin account, you will notice that someone else is logging into your account. Let it happen; it's EA support doing their job.
  • After the job's done, you will get an answer from EA support in your My cases. You can thank. And then close your case.

Which codes worked so far: Kingdoms of Amalur promo items, From Ashes DLC, AT-12 Raider Shotgun, M55 Argus Assault Rifle
Which codes didn't work: N7 Warfare Gear

I recieved the codes for the AT-12 Raider and M55 Argus in a separate email from my order confirmation, however I didn't get any of the pre-order items.

The promo code should be the From the Ashes DLC content? I would have thought that's what I where I would put the non functioning preorder code.

I talked to EA support on Live chat and they told me the that the code I was given WAS actually registered with some other account on the day the game came out.

Simply do it the same way I did it. As you see, it worked for others too. If you don't have From Ashes, then leave it blank.

I would be pleased if other users support it too since DLC code trafficking is really annoying.

Just did the live chat and was told to post here. My codes work but do not show up under my file. I load up the game and nothing is there as well. Im in the U.S area State Ca bought the the 2 razers from gamestop.com.  I was told I would get e mailed here on how to fix it I guess?Image IPBImage IPB

Looks like Bioware is just going to ignore this. I received a message from them a month ago stating they were "looking into the issue" but haven't gotten anything back since.

I'll just bump my topic again. I was away on a vacation with my family for a few months, came back just to see that no official solution was made by Bioware. Truly disappointing.

I'm aware of that solution, and they refused to help me. I'm pointing out that Bioware did nothing about this.
