I also had the same problem. It says it was already redeemed. The code also says it expires tomorrow.

Even my Collectors Edition Code isn't working. It just says it is not entered correctly.

The codes are only good until tomorrow... Hope they untangle this mess... Otherwise I wouldn't have wasted time pre-orderig via Gamestop.

Alright, I'm tired of waiting for Bioware to do something when it's obvious that they aren't going to. I'm going to see if the EA live chat gets me anywhere, though I doubt it highly considering the quality of help they usually offer.

Where were you able to enter the code to redeem the dlc directly from Origin? 

I can only find the page to redeem it through BSN and it's showing my code as invalid too.  My Argus rifle code from Amazon worked without a hitch but my collector's edition code is, apparently, no good.

Open up the Origin client and click the gear-shaped icon to get to the options menu and click on Redeem Product Code.

Whoops, turns out it was sent through e-mail, for those who purchased through Origin. My bad.

Good luck to those whose retail codes aren't working though. Hopefully BioWare/EA will do something for you guys.

Thanks, Yuoaman. I was able to redeem it through Origin. I admit, I see Origin as necessary evil and interact with it as little as possible.

got my codes only problem is i dont know how to get my reckoner armor and chacknar launcher from that demo i played

Snowraptor, if you unlocked them then they should download automatically, but I'm not entirely sure.

I'm also talking with EA Help now, I'll keep you guys posted on what, if anything, I learn.

I just called the EB games store where I purchased mine, and they more or less said that it was EA / Bioware's problem, to work it out for me.

I did manage to get my Collectors Edition Code working using the Origin client. But the Pre-order bonus still nothing.

Yup My Gamestop code doesn't work at all, the origins client says it's invalid, and the BSN say's its been already redeemed/used etc.

Also, if you purchased the gamestop version of ME3 CE where do i go to get the m55 rifle? will the email me the code?

Put on hold by EA help waiting to get though right now. I think Gamestop/EB and EA is just pushing it back and forth. In between this business and my inability to secure a collector's copy of the game, what a disappointment.

my n7 warfare codes dont work from gamestop talked on live chat for 1 hour then got told they could not help me .i have 2 versions of game 1 pc origin digital deluxe preorder bonus works...1 gamestop bought disc pc game preorder ...dlc does not work. i will keep trying

If anyone is thinking about it, no, EA will NOT help you at all. They'll just tell you to contact the retailer you purchased your copy from then move on. The most we can hope for at this point is that either 1) Your retailer is kind enough to look into the problem for you (like mine are) or 2) BioWare takes it upon themselves to help their supportive fan base. I'm voting for the latter.

Its true, I was having a problem entering my codes . My CE code and my EBgames preorder code.

the support guy said to contact EBgames.....I told him that they arent the ones who are responsible for working codes. Then I closed the window.

Though, I notice that after registering my game on the bioware site, my CE content was downloaded to my game. Though my preorder code said it was already used. I took it back and got a new card and that code worked.....

I remember when ME 2 came out , I had a problem getting my Cerberus code to be accepted.....

Totally agree. Instead of getting the content we were promised, we are all getting hosed. The retailers obviously benefit from all of our pre-orders, but they screwed up the incentive program. It would be awesome if Bioware sent a big up-yours to Gamestop, EB, and the like by making the pre-order content free for everyone.
