I have the same problem. Can't redeem my gamestop pre-order content. Talked to EA they actually told me that my code has been redeemed by an email with the domain @intel.com (not mine), and told me to talk to gamestop. I sent them an email and waiting for a replay.
Got the collector's edition stuff working though.

Same problem here with my gamestop physical copy. No reply yet from EA support but if their answer is to "check back with the retailer" I suppose I can just close my case there. I did call my local Gamestop sales rep and he is going to try getting me a new code on Thursday...but if you folks are all getting invalid codes maybe the new code I might get could be invalid/already redeemed too.
At least I'm not also getting the 'unable to import face' bug I've just heard about.

It goes to the "confirm: box and says n7 gear in origion, and when i click confirm, it says it has already been used (which i highly doubt as i am the MTSM for gamestop and watched the employee print the reciept lol)
