Hmm I had no problem with my codes from GameStop. You all sure you entered them via Origin's "Redeem Code" option? Also, the AT-12 shotgun you don't get if you ordered from GameStop that's from.. I think Best Buy? I forget all the different retailer exclusives, but I know the shotgun was one of them. Really hate that.

Haha... EA scammers only gave me a code for the Raider Shotgun although the information I get with ME3 activation code (by redeeming it in Origin) lists N7 gear, Argus and Raider. The same DLCs were offered as preorder bonuses even for the standard edition at least here in Finland. I guess I'll keep harassing EA customer support then...

I used EA support online chat and was told my code had already been registered to another email account. Obviously it had been compromised or provided more than once by Gamestop. I was issued a new code by EA which worked.
